Obrestad was involved in the first notable hand of the evening after raising pre flop with pocket fives.
Lichtenberger three bet with A-4 and flopped top pair on an A-6-7 board. ‘luckychewy’ opted to slow play his hand as both players checked.
Obrestad sensed weakness in Lichtenberger’s post flop check and fired barrels on the turn and river. Lichtenberger called her down on both occasions to snare the 51,300 pot.
Weisner then got involved with Brunson’s infamous 10-2 hand. Brunson met her pre flop raise from the big blind with 6-4.
Brunson called Weisner’s continuation bet on a 5-8-9 board with a gutshot straight draw.
The 77 year-old then led out after turning his straight. Weisner continued her interest in the hand, hoping to hit a higher straight on the river.
‘Callisto 5′ did just that as the Jack hit the felt. Weisner fired a substantial bet and Brunson made the call before mucking his hand.
Weisner also took down the last hand of the evening after three betting Lichtenberger pre flop with Q-J. Lichtenberger went into the tank before folding his pocket fives.
