Well, it’s good to be back. We had a tough couple of weeks and getting the website back up and running well was not an easy task. But we’re are back and our traffic is returning to the strong levels we had seen before we went down. So, again, we want to thank everyone for their support and for sticking with us.
Still, some of you don’t have your old accounts back. We’re aware of this issue and Mat Sklansky has been working diligently to get as many people as possible their old one back. But, it’s inevitable that a few of you will have to register a new account. If you’re one of these people, we do apologize for this inconvenience, but it’s just something that will have to be.
The big news is that our annual 2+2 Party will be July 6 at The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Rob Moore, Poker Room Manager at the Grand, has assured us that this will be a terrific event and all of us in 2+2 management can’t wait. There is also an RSVP thread in our Las Vegas Lifestyle Forum.
Let us know if you’re coming and how many will be in your party. There will be a complementary buffet, a chip castle building contest, lots of fun poker games, and who knows what else. For those of you interested in reserving a room at the MGM, contact Dale Baca at 702‑891‑3938 or 877‑757‑0007 email: dale_baca@lv.mgmgrand.com.
Finally, it’s WSOP time here in Las Vegas, so we expect to be seeing a lot of 2+2ers around town. Both David Sklansky and I will be out playing some poker, so if any of you see us, please introduce yourselves and say hello. For those who will be making their first trip to Las Vegas during the WSOP, the action is great.
To finish off, let me again invite all of you to our annual party. It’s a fun time for all and we expect this year’s party to be terrific.

Due to the forum problems, one article from our May issue was published incomplete. It was my own “Status of Las Vegas Poker, Spring, 2012” article.
We’re republishing the article this month with updated off-Strip data collected by 2+2 poster “Pokeraddict”. In addition to being a mod on 2+2, Pokeraddict contributes to Legal Poker Sites.
