Patrik Antonius continued his long standing rivalry with ‘Kagome Kagome’ (formerly ‘IHateJuice’) on Monday evening as the duo played out over 500 hands of $3,000/$6,000 Limit Hold’em on the virtual felt.
Antonius dominated the latter stages of the exchange and ended with an impressive upswing of $410,000. The talented Finn has had the upper hand recently having taken his opponent to the cleaners for $221,000 last month.
‘Kagome Kagome’, a Limit specialist from Europe, had to change his name earlier this week after a request from Full Tilt bosses. The poker room had apparently had complaints that the user name carried an anti-Semitic tone.
Gus Hansen continued his promising early year form with a profit of $90,000 in various cash games. The ‘Great Dane’ is in the black for 2011, after a difficult six months which saw him bleed over $1.5 million late last year.
The arrival of Team PokerStars sponsored pro Viktor ‘Isildur1′ Blom continues to have the desired effect on the world’s biggest poker site’s high stakes cash game action.
There were a host of players taking down six figure sums, including ‘LuckyGump,’ who recorded the evening’s best figures of +$181,000.
‘Refaelamit’ (+$152,000) and Finnish poker pro Ville Wahlbeck (+$133,000) rounded out the top three.
‘Kagome Kagome’ (-$410,000) was the biggest loser of the night. ‘lefty2506′ (-$187,000), ‘nutsinho’ (-$162,000), ‘Buharmak’ (-$98,000) and Di ‘Urindanger’ Dang (-$90,000) also dropped significant amounts.

Nosebleed regulars Scott ‘URnotINdanger2′ Palmer and Tom ‘durrrr’ Dwan played out a lengthy session of $300/$600 No limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Hold’em over the weekend on the virtual felt.
Palmer eventually posted an upswing of almost $250,000 after dominating the big hands during the latter stages of the face off.
Dwan had been on course for a small profit after 1,500 hands of the 3,000 hand session but the 21 year old Maryland native won several pots in excess of $200,000 to end victorious.
Palmer took down the biggest pot, worth $224,481, after spiking an Ace on the turn to complete top pair.
Dwan initially raised to $1,800 from the button with Kc-Jc hole cards. Palmer three bet to $5,400 with As-Qs. Tom Dwan completed.
Palmer led out for $6,000 after a 9s-9c-4s flop. Dwan re-raised to $16,800 and ‘URnotINdanger2′ called.
Palmer checked on the turn after pairing up. Dwan bet $23,600 and Palmer completed.
Palmer checked for a second time as a 2c hit the felt on the river. Dwan jammed all in for $66,000 and Palmer called the 24 year old from New Jersey down.
Palmer flipped over top pair to snare the huge pot as Dwan was left to rue a failed bluff bet on the river.
Scott ‘URnotINdanger2′ Palmer ended the week as the biggest online winner with an overall upswing of ($342,634). Di ‘Urindanger’ Dang (+$256,171) and Jared ‘harrington25′ Bleznick (+$95,650) rounded out the top three.
Dwan (-$318,302) is currently the third biggest loser of the year to date. Only ‘Kpederson’ (-$497,184) and ‘cadillac1944′ (-$478,669) have dropped more money this month.
